Before you book

Policies

Please take a moment to read through these policies before your appointment — it keeps things smooth for both of us.

Payments

Deposit and full payment are both accepted online — Zelle or Apple Cash preferred. Cash is also accepted. Cash App payments will include a $5 fee.

No Extra Guests

Please come alone to your appointment unless discussed with me ahead of time. My space is limited and meant to keep things peaceful.

Late Policy

You have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added. If you're running late, just keep me posted.

Before Your Appointment

  • Please come with your hair washed and properly blow dried.
  • Make sure you've checked my services and chosen what you need before booking.
  • If there's anything you want me to know, please add a note when you pay your deposit, or DM me on Instagram.
  • Avoid putting extra product or oils in your hair.

No Refund Policy

Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable. This includes deposits, retainers, and completed services.

Early Appointment Policy

Early morning appointments are available but require an additional fee:

  • 8:00 AM$15
  • 7:00 AM$30
  • 6:00 AM$45

The earliest appointment time without an extra fee is 9:00 AM.

Booking Notes

Please include your desired length and color in the notes when booking your service. You can also DM me on Instagram @styled_byabby with your style, length, color, and any add-ons.

Don't forget to add the Boho Add-On or Bead Add-On to your cart if you're choosing those options — be sure to specify your color in the notes too.
